Nathan answers your most frequently asked questions about lifestyle, relationship, career, business and leadership coaching
WHAT CAN I EXPECT OF THE LIFE COACHING PROCESS?
Life coaching is a solution-focused process aimed at helping you reach your goals. It’s my job to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment that allows us to discuss what’s important to you.
As a coach, it’s not my role to advise you or tell you what to do, the choices are yours. My job is to ask great questions and brainstorm with you when you’re stuck, so that you can find the best way forward for you. The coaching process will challenge you to think differently and to be open to new opportunities that will propel you to where you want to go. As a coach, I’ll help support you and keep you accountable to the goals that you set for yourself. Our time together will leave you feeling greater clarity, confidence and self-awareness, knowing you have all the resources you need to achieve your goals.
I'D LIKE MY WORKPLACE TO PAY FOR MY COACHING. CAN YOU PROVIDE A PROPOSAL?
Yes, absolutely. Please contact us to discuss your needs and we’ll put something in writing for your manager or your HR Department.
DO YOU WORK WITH WOMEN OR MEN ONLY?
I offer coaching sessions for men and women.
WHEN CAN I GET IN TO SEE YOU?
You can see our soonest available appointments by booking your free kick starter call. If you feel a sense of urgency, I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
ARE YOUR COACHING SESSIONS FACE-TO-FACE?
If you live in the greater Brisbane area I can do coaching sessions face-to-face, however many of my coaching sessions are done on zoom or the phone.
I'M NOT SURE ABOUT ZOOM COACHING. IS IT REALLY AS EFFECTIVE AS FACE-TO-FACE COACHING?
I was sceptical at first too, but a Zoom session really is as effective as an in-person session. The conversations are safe, secure and engaging. It’s also time-efficient and very personal. If you’re still in doubt, let’s give it a try together.
